  Worst experience at any Panera. I order 2 breakfast sandwiches, one of my sandwiches was completely wrong, I said something and I was told they would remake my order. I wait a few minutes for my redone order only to have wrong again and this time she put avocado on my sandwich, when I order I stated no avacodo. When I told that it should no avacodo on as I am allergic, she said she didn't see it, so I raised my voice because the is serious. The girl started laughing at me, laughed right at my face. I called for a manager who showed her where it said no avacodo. I then told the manager I was getting laughed at and the manager said to me sorry that is s how she reacts. It is never ok to laugh in a customers face when they tell you about an allergy. It ended with a new sandwich that they burnt and I asked for a refund that I received and will never return

  This location has been severely neglected for at least a year. Orders are consistently incorrect. Coffee is consistently not ready. This is during normal breakfast hours. Berry cups are missing berries. Very surprised Panera allows this. Definitely appears to be a case of lack of training and poor management visibility.

  Extremely rude woman taking the orders. She had spent maybe 10 minutes taking someone’s order, and not only did nobody come to help, but she spoke so rudely to my parents when they had a question about an item on the kiosk. If the manager didn’t show up to take our order after so long I would have left immediately. I don’t know if it was because we are south asian or if she is rude to everyone (since she seemed to be pretty nice to the white person in front of her) but this needs to be addressed by staff. Strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

  I went to Panera Bread around 1 PM — right in the middle of the lunch rush. When I ordered through the app, it showed their world-famous tomato soup as available. But when my name was called, I was told they were out of it. This is peak lunch hour — how can you be out of one of your most popular items? I said that was fine and chose a different soup, but then I was given the wrong sandwich, my drink was missing, and they forgot the bread that comes with the meal. I’ve been to many Panera locations, and this one has to be the most disorganized. Unfortunately, I won’t be visiting this location again.
