This is during normal breakfast hours. Berry cups are missing berries. Very surprised Panera allows this. Definitely appears to be a case of lack of training and poor management visibility.

She had spent maybe 10 minutes taking someone’s order, and not only did nobody come to help, but she spoke so rudely to my parents when they had a question about an item on the kiosk. If the manager didn’t show up to take our order after so long I would have left immediately. I don’t know if it was because we are south asian or if she is rude to everyone (since she seemed to be pretty nice to the white person in front of her) but this needs to be addressed by staff. Strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

But when my name was called, I was told they were out of it. This is peak lunch hour — how can you be out of one of your most popular items? I said that was fine and chose a different soup, but then I was given the wrong sandwich, my drink was missing, and they forgot the bread that comes with the meal. I’ve been to many Panera locations, and this one has to be the most disorganized. Unfortunately, I won’t be visiting this location again.
