Order a meal as a mobile order through drive thru because I am on my lunch break(NOT a very long one) I arrive to the restaurant 10 mins after the food was ordered and once I got to the window the girl told me to park and come inside due to the state being there or WHATEVER caused the influx of customers and super long lines and I looked thru the window and can clearly see my meal on the blue shelf in the back. I proceeded to park my car and come inside where I had to wait an additional 20 mins, surpassing my lunch break time now. Once someone finally got to me which was the same girl I spoke to from the window I asked her to cancel my meal and that I want a refund. I’ve waited long enough, I had no food in hand and my break was long over. She proceeded to then go to the shelf and pick up the food I had saw earlier from the window and handed me, my now freezing cold order. Worse customer service I’ve had from this place in a while. I want my refund and will not be coming here again.
