So weird. Tried to order here and pulled up to the window and waited. They told me it was going to be a long time, so i asked for a refund. The woman seemed annoyed and told me some reason why she couldn’t, but i asked again and she walked away. A man came and said something in broken english, but i just asked again for a refund, confusingly, at this point. He said something and spit and slammed the window. I parked my car and walked into the building. I was greeted by the original girl, to where I asked to her to refund the $. She talked to someone on the phone, said I was beautiful but I should have just done what they said, and gave me the money. I thought the entire experience was strange, and suggest the manager to check the cameras. If you are going to hire people that cannot go off of script/they cannot understand what english speakers are saying to the point of anger/scary frustration, you are putting people in harm’s way. The reason I suggest checking the cameras is that my demeanor and what I had asked for did not warrant the experience I had. I hope this location is one of the ones that goes under. That’s what you get for hiring blindly. February 6th around 11:30 2026.

I have gone to this Wendy's for years, but I don't like where somebody asks me to repeat what I'm saying when I speak English. If somebody's going to be working there that doesn't speak English, they need to learn. I'm sorry I don't mean to be rude, but no, it's not my job to try to figure out what you're saying. And seniors do get a discount.

Not only did they mess up my sandwich but after asking for a single sweet and sour sauce after they gave me the new sandwich the cashier told me it’s “53 cents” and I was asked “are you kidding me?” And she said no. My ranch wrap was extremely soggy and wet. And my drink order was wrong as well. Definitely will stick to McDonald’s after that!

I GO HERE ALOT. FIRST I SAID DOUBLE DAVES BURGER JUST MEAT AND CHEESE. GOT HOME BURGER HAD EVERYTHING ON IT. ALSO GOT NUGGET MEAL WITH SODA . SODA HAD ABSOLUTELY NO ICE IN IT. IT WAS WARM... MAYBE NO SPEAK ENGLISH. I DON'T KNOW BUT EVERYTHING WAS WRONG AND TERRIBLE. NO MORE GOING HERE FOR ME LATE NIGHT AFTER WORK. I WOULD ONLY GO HERE WHEN THEY ARE OPEN INSIDE...
