A staff member verbally attacked a Black customer using the N-word, and multiple patrons have shared similar experiences of racism at this location. While I see that the employee was terminated, this kind of behavior reflects a deeper problem with the culture and accountability of the restaurant. Words alone aren’t enough, there needs to be tangible action to repair the harm done to the community. Until meaningful steps are taken, including cultural sensitivity training, community restitution, and a genuine commitment to making all customers feel safe and respected, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

I watched a door dahser get insulted when asking on the wait time for an order. Then when it was time for me to interact with this person I was given a hard time when I tried to apply my coupon that I received from T-mobile. This place is very hostile & the manager working on duty needs to have an intervention
