- SSsexified853 days ago1.0Let me say the women cashier Joan was friendly at first untill the middle of my order i do instacart the customer wanted everything in a box which once i got to the register i asked her did she want me to take everything out she stated no and procedded to ring up the items i punched in the instacart number shes stops and says in a snotty way did you put ya personal number in a stated no that its the instacart number she then says well sometimes people put there number in i said well im not everyone srry. Then she gets to scanning the 2nd box then catches an attitude and starts taking the items out and starts to throw them on the belt i was very upset as to her doing that as to 1 they are someone elses groceries and 2 i asked her if she wanted me to take them out. She needs better traning on how to do her job and if i ever get an order there ever again i wont do it thanks to her horrible customer service. Thanks Joan you made my experience horrible do better.

It's a nice store but if you don't buy your own bags then you have to buy their ridiculously overpriced option. They don't bag your groceries at all and make fun of you if you can't do it yourself. No thank you. I'd rather buy my food off the island and bring it in instead of shopping here.
