But the coffee and the food are barely edible, presented poorly and with little to no regard for customer service. It’s easily the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever visited. Perhaps the consistent negative reviews will persuade ownership to make some serious changes toward customer satisfaction, but it isn’t likely. Too bad.

She was told to WALK THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU because God forbid people go inside to get warm?? There's one guy who works closing shift and he makes it right. Otherwise this is the worst Dunkin. They can't keep up with their orders, I waited 10 minutes for a mobile order 2 wks ago and it was just coffee. They're nice people but they don't Dunkin right 🤷🏼♀️
