The worker making my food said there wasn’t any cilantro available to which I said was fine. Another customer walked in and also requested cilantro and the other employee helping her went to the back and grabbed cilantro for her bowl right in front of me. Food also was lack luster and portions were somewhat skimpy for what we paid for the order in total.

- KWKendra WilliamsFeb 25, 20265.0Normally don’t have any issues but I came to this location around 3 p.m and I got a veggie bowl with chips and queso, the bowl was descent but lacked flavor and the brown rice was still a bit hard like it wasn’t fully cooked.. i spent around $15-20 dollars and I didn’t really enjoy it for the amount I paid for. I tried to call the store but no answer and also try to reach out to customer service but haven’t heard anything back… I really like this location as it is the only one in the area, I will return I just hope that it’ll be better… Update Came back to talk to the manger about my issue and it was resolved immediately with no questions ask. I appreciate his time and effort that he made to make sure I was satisfied… Also any time there’s an issue they always do their best to make sure the customer is pleased… The young man I believe his name is Flit was very nice he and the other team members are very nice and considerate!!! Like I mentioned this is my favorite and go to spot, so I’ll always show some love… We all have off days some better then others… Update March 8,2026 I came twice today first time for my queso and chips and second I got a bowl.. My only issue is that I wasn’t able to to get my free chips and salsa with my entree because the young man didn’t know how to put the promotional code in , and I didn’t see it download on my app towards my rewards. He said it was only two options and I couldn’t get it, he would have to ask the manager tomorrow.. I was a little disappointed because that was the reason for getting the entree, if I knew I wasn’t able to to get my free chips and salsa, I would have gotten my favorite thing there which is my queso and chips.. overall the bowl was very good tasty, fresh and flavorful,I truly enjoyed it!!! Update March 10, 2026 The amount of gratitude I have for the manager and his team words can’t explain, the food is getting better and better everytime I go there. It’s very fresh nice and clean and also any questions or concerns the manager is always on top of any issue and very accommodating, he truly has a heart of gold and he listens and take the time to make sure his customers are satisfied.. if anyone is curious you should definitely check out this restaurant if you want good customer service and amazing food.. I appreciate you all and will always be my favorite spot to visit!!!

After she did touched money, she went back and was serving with gloves she used to handle 💰 money. I was watching her as I ate with hopes I didn't get sick as I not sure she used fresh gloves when she put my bowl together. Its important and lots of us are watching this sanitary importance.
