  would give 10 stars for that salmon sashimi. Everything start to finish was insanely delicious. When you walk in and sit down, they bang a little drum. So cute and fun. It's an intimate dining setting, and perfect place to take to impress a date. The service was immaculate. The servers were kind and knowledgeable when I was asking about a few things on the menu cause there was too many good options to pick I needed help lol. Food was insanely good. and the black sesame bubble tea was also so good I'm pretty sure the foods all locally sourced and you can tell in the taste. Can't believe it took me this long to finally try this spot. They've got a new regular in me!!! Plus the lunch specials look way too good to pass up I need to try one week! Overall, I loved everything but I would say standouts for us were the love boat (that damn fried avocado was insanely good), the seared salmon (10000/10), and the salmon sashimi. As well as any of the specialty rolls you're in for a treat. and if you like swiss cheese try the OMG roll!! it comes out in a swan on fire heard it's poppin here on the weekends. expect a wait or come during the week to be sat immediately!! we came on a wednesday night and there was no wait.

  I’ve been coming here for years, the food has always been amazing and the hospitality as well. I came in yesterday 3/28, there was a annoying “content creater” giving the owner a hard time which was upsetting because I’m sure everyone who has been here regularly knows how hard everyone works in this place. Just wanted to leave a positive review and show how appreciated all the staff are, you guys rock!

  Food is great, the place itself is great. I'm just upset because there was this Asian dude who came outside to tell me I couldn't be in the parking with my dog when I was just waiting for my food to be picked up. Keep in mind my dog is a service animal and it's not the first time I I've been there. After I tell him I was waiting for my food he still told me I couldn't be in the parking for customer because it was private property. Not sure in what world that make sense. My dog comes with me all the time and wait on the car, but since I was waiting I walked with him just around the parking. Very annoying dude

  This restaurant is an absolute 10/10 experience from start to finish. From the moment you walk in it's a welcoming atmosphere in there. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. The sushi is nothing short of perfection. Every piece is beautifully presented, with fish that is unbelievably fresh and melts in your mouth. The balance of flavor is spot on whether you're enjoying classic nigiri, creative rolls or delicate sashimi - each bite is thoughtfully crafted. What truly sets Ninja Sushi from everyone else is the consistency and care in every dish. You can tell the chefs take pride in their work and it translate into an unforgettable dining experience. Whether you're a sushi expert or you're just getting started, this spot will exceed your expectations.   I have ordered from this restaurant many times and usually place large orders for my family, which is why this experience was disappointing enough for me to leave a review. In the past, my sushi rolls and appetizers have always been packaged separately, even when ordering multiple items, and I have never had to specify special packaging before. The regular menu does not state that items will be combined unless specified otherwise and there is a separate section on the menu for party platters, which I did not order from. This time, I placed a large order that included several sushi rolls and multiple appetizers. When I picked up the order, all of the sushi was packed together in one large platter (which was annoying and made it more difficult since they were supposed to be all separate orders but thats fine). One of the appetizers (crispy rice balls) was not packaged separately like the others. Since it was my first time ordering that item, I could not recognize what it looked like in the platter and I also did not think it would be mixed with the platter since my other appetizers were in their own containers. I called the restaurant simply to ask for clarification on which I thought was my missing item. The employee who answered had an attitude and told me to check the platter for the rice balls, so I asked to speak to the manager. I explained the situation and instead of helping me identify the item, I was repeatedly told to “look for it in the platter” and “if you want we’ll remake it”. I was also told that I should have specified that I wanted the items separate, even though I have ordered the same way many times before without any issue. A simple explanation of what the item looked like would have solved the problem in seconds. I ended the call, but shortly after, I received another call from the restaurant, and the same person told me he was calling me back to “clear the air” and let me know he was both the manager and the owner. The call felt unnecessary and unprofessional after the conversation had already ended and I never cared whether he was the owner or just the manager, that does not change anything for me. Shortly after this interaction, the business made a post on their Instagram page describing the situation, mocking the complaint, posting the last four digits of my phone number, and saying I would be added to a “no-serve list.” I normally would not leave a negative review, especially since I have ordered here many times and I do like their food, but posting about customers online on your social media instead of handling concerns professionally is what led me to write this review. For the record, the sushi here is actually very good, and I will attach a photo of my order to show that. However, good food does not excuse poor customer service or unprofessional behavior. Loyal customers who order here often or even new customers, should not be treated this way especially by the owner himself.
