  I've been here twice and both times it's been pretty straightforward. Reason I'll give this 4 stars is because I saw unique donuts I've not seen elsewhere. They make custom donuts in the store and are pretty tasty. Plus this was the only Dunkin to have a healthy stock of brownie batter donuts. Good all around.

  The tall woman named Shay working with the food was disrespectful to her coworkers. She was yelling at the short young lady calling her a bum. The short young woman I don’t know her name was telling her it’s sad she is arguing with her when she’s only 18 trying to work as a team. The young lady still gave me my coffee with a positive attitude and I love that!

  Went into Dunkin today as it was raining, with my sick relative on the phone in my left ear. She stays on the phone with me in order to not be alone as she is sick and far away. I walked in Dunkin and walked up to the register and spoke to a the young man I ordered A chocolate croissant and another specialty doughnut after I ordered the specialty doughnut I started to inquire about another doughnut, asking a specific question. The owner Billie decides to point at a sign about cellphone use as if i was speaking directly on my phone she just sees it pressed against my ear. The young boy asks if I want anything else so I ask about the third donut and Billie proceeds to point at the sign telling me I will not be served and that we Need to FOCUS and help the next customer. As if I had not already ordered anything. All for my cellphone being in my left ear. Ha. So I proceeded to walk away gobsmacked and in shock how someone could be so rude and callous over a cell phone. I understand that if I was on my cell phone, shouting or even speaking loudly or even speaking at all really. But that was not the case. Over me ordering two donuts. That is not customer service. Being a rule pusher about cellphone usage is crazy work. That’s not how you speak to people either. I’m embarrassed for this location. Sadly people will return based on all the Gimmicks this location provides. Eventually it’ll be another customers turn to be dismissed for a cellphone to their ear and not be served. All for a diabetes Donut. Keep your gimmicks. Do BETTER. But you won’t. BILLIE that’s all YOU.
