But the moment I use reward points? Suddenly it’s lukewarm, stale, and downright gross. And don’t get me started on the donuts...! They taste like they’ve been sitting out for days. Truly disappointing.

Sometimes my hot food isn’t hot, sometimes I receive napkins other times I don’t, when I order a donut they’ll place it in the bag frosting side down and when I go to eat it the frosting has melted off completely. Generally the coffee is fine, and over the last 6 months the friendliness of staff has improved, but the food standards have a ling way to go.
