  I have mixed experiences depending on who is working. Sometimes my hot food isn’t hot, sometimes I receive napkins other times I don’t, when I order a donut they’ll place it in the bag frosting side down and when I go to eat it the frosting has melted off completely. Generally the coffee is fine, and over the last 6 months the friendliness of staff has improved, but the food standards have a ling way to go.

  I go every week on Sundays in the morning and the employees there always say the bagels are bad or the toaster is not working they’re always making excuses or they just don’t wanna serve I went in this morning and I spent $25 on my order and the manger or the shift person in charge was being very rude and disrespectful when all I wanted was to get my food and be outta there. This isn’t the first time I’m having this problem this has been going on since last year and I’m a daily costumer .

  absolutely terrible service. i waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order. NONE of them even glanced my way to take my order. i left without a drink.

  Orders are often wrong or prepared incorrectly. Better off saving your money and traveling 5 minutes away to the Closter Dunkin' that will get your order right and prepare your food correctly.
