  Overall, not bad. Just stopped in unexpectedly for lunch. Friendly staff which was the best part. Nice cashier was helpful and placed our order in a way that saved us money which we appreciated. Food was pretty decent, better than I expected honestly. The last time I went to a different Panera, the food was bad. We got green goddess Cobb salads and some blueberry lemonade. The bathroom could have used a remodel or at least a good scrubbing, along with the dining room. Might stop in again if I'm nearby.

  ***** Update: the delivery showed up. 45 min late. Panera uses DoorDash. The driver said the service had her go shopping for something else before my delivery. I am hoping the refund still stands because this is absolutely unacceptable!!! *** I am a regular customer and just had the most annoying experience with the staff at Panera. I made a delivery order through the Panera app. the delivery never arrived. 30 minutes after the delivery time Panera stated, I called the store to see what's going on. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and, honestly, obnoxious. No sense of customer service whatsoever. She couldn't care less about my delivery and order. She just stated the facts that their delivery is done through a third party service and that I should call them to ask what's going on. I ask you: How am I supposed to even know who the third party service is??????? I asked to cancel the order and she immediately hanged up on me. I called again to make sure my order was cancelled. She started shouting that she is not going to argue with me and hanged the phone up again!!!! I do not know her name but she should be dismissed, today!!!! My original order number is 6051716039770989. As a regular customer I am feeling disgusted by this level of service. No apology for the delay. No explanation that it is out of her control. I would have been flexible, and maybe opted to come and pick up the order, but her attitude was deplorable!!!

  Haven't been here in a while. Glad to be back. Best blueberry muffins with coffee. Pick two for my son with broccoli cheddar and Chipotle chicken avo melt. He swallowed both.
