What disappointed me most was her attitude—it came off as rude and unprofessional. Customers should always be treated with respect, regardless of the situation. I understand that cleaning is necessary, but it should be done without compromising service or customer experience.

This place checks all the boxes and always gets the order right and adds my extra matcha at no cost and with a smile. Lastly, never have a complain as the items served are fresh tasting. The customer service is consistent and exceptional. I went back and read the reviews and sometimes hiring the wrong people can bring down your establishment. I go in the mornings and the place is ran by Shenelle, who is exceptional and really should have her own Dunkin’ Donuts franchise. I have the opportunity to use the following every week. Dunkin’ Donuts in : Rt22 North Plainfield- EXCELLENT Manville- ok, hit or miss Bridgewater rt 22– good, price higher Bridgewater, Union Ave. - very good, good service Somerville - good, no parking Piscataway- good, tight parking Springfield, 22W good, long line 2 union - good Maplewood- good, parking tight Newburgh upstate New York -good
