  This is, without exaggeration, the absolute WORST food establishment I have ever ordered from — and that’s saying a lot. I placed an order for stuffed cheesy bread and a marble cookie brownie at 4pm, and by 7pm I still had nothing, despite the system falsely claiming it was delivered. The front desk confirmed no driver had even shown up for two hours. I repeatedly tried to resolve this with the clueless employee supposedly handling my order, but got nowhere for two straight hours. Calling customer service and the store itself was a complete joke — three of us called nonstop for an entire hour and got no answer. When someone finally picked up, he sounded exhausted, rude, and completely uninterested, basically implying he couldn’t issue a refund and had no intention of fixing their mistake or delivering the food they failed to bring in the first place. The level of incompetence, laziness, and lack of accountability here is unbelievable. This place isn’t just bad — it’s so poorly run it honestly feels like it shouldn’t even be allowed to operate.

  On 02/23/2026, I placed a delivery order at 4:00 PM for cheesy bread and a marble brownie. I provided my exact address, a precise pin-point location, and two separate phone numbers to ensure the driver could contact me upon arrival. Despite this, I received absolutely no calls, texts, or updates. Yet at 6:00 PM, the app marked my order as “delivered” — which it clearly was not. I immediately called the store and was placed on hold for an entire hour. Two other people with me also tried calling during this time. After waiting for an hour, every single one of our calls was disconnected. It took two full hours just to finally get someone on the phone. When I did reach the store, I was told they were “too busy” to answer calls and that the driver “said he called,” which is completely false. There were no missed calls, no voicemails, and no attempts to reach me. Instead of offering a refund or immediately correcting the mistake, I was given excuses. I had to practically beg for another driver to actually deliver the food I already paid for — and I am still waiting. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. This is by far the worst location I have ever ordered from.
