  We ordered a few items and none of them were perfect. We ordered 2 mini taco salads and added potatoes to them, but they did not add them and they were not added in either one. The other item was a rice and beans burrito, and we ordered it grilled, but they did not grill it. My friend had a bit without noticing it, and when I noticed it, we went to get it grilled. Instead of replacing it, they gave us back the same ones. In other words, the one my friend took a bite from was grilled as it is. I fear going to that Taco Bell again. I don’t know how many more times they did the same thing with.

  If I could give this Taco Bell location negative stars, I would. I ordered on the Taco Bell app at around 8 PM to get my order delivered tonight. I placed an order for 2x tacos, 3x burritos, nacho fries, and two freeze drinks. After I placed my order, it said the ETA would be 8:57 pm. I checked the app every 10 minutes to see the status of my order, the ETA was pushed to 9:35 PM. It would not let me cancel my order on the app before the food was ready. So I had no choice but to wait. After I finally got my food at 9:35 PM, I had realized that they had completely forgot to give me my 2 drinks. I had asked the dasher if he had gotten the drinks for the order but he let me know that they did not give him anything. But, the Taco Bell employees didn’t forget to include 2 straws in my bag. Not only did they forget my drinks, but ALL my food was COLD. The Taco Bell is 15 minutes from where I live. There should be absolutely no reason why all my food gets delivered cold. I never had a negative experience with this location prior to this order. But this experience has led to me never wanting to order from this location again. On top of that, I have to wait for a response in the app to get a refund. Absolutely disappointing.

  The service was unacceptably slow. Ordering one bean burrito took more than 30 minutes, and the employees were not helpful or attentive to customers throughout the process.

  Worse food you can imagine I have to throw my entire order in trash. Food missing items and whatever items they put is very little. Look like owner is trying to to save food cost by cutting ingredients on purposely. Please don’t buy from 2270 Route 130 north location you will get sick
