  Absolutely awful experience at this Subway. The guy making the sandwich acted like the toppings were coming out of his own paycheck. I politely asked for a little more of a topping and he flat out refused, with an attitude, as if I was asking for something unreasonable. Isn’t the whole point of Subway to customize your sandwich? On top of that, the store was dirty. Counters looked grimy, the prep area was messy, and the overall place felt neglected and unhygienic. For a food establishment, that’s unacceptable. The staff didn’t seem to care at all. No customer service, no friendliness, just irritation that someone dared to ask for what they’re paying for. If you enjoy being rushed, treated like an inconvenience, and eating in an unclean environment, then this might be the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go to literally any other Subway. I won’t be returning.

  Wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely pathetic service. The guy making the sandwich was rude, dismissive, and acted annoyed for doing his job. My order was made wrong and the place was dirty on top of it. Easily one of the worst Subway experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this location.

  Horrible food - it looked like it was just thrown together AND I found a hair in the second half of the sandwich I got once I got home (gross - but they probably wouldn’t have done anything about it anyway and probably said it was mine) . Worst customer service. THEY made the sandwiches wrong from the order I placed through the app and the guy kind of shrugged his shoulders saying “that’s how it said to make it.” NO it didn’t. The right thing for a business to do is fix a mistake especially if THEY are the idiots that made it. Wouldn’t give a dime to them because of the customer service, but the hair in the sandwich topped it off to a solid NO.

  I should have read the reviews beforehand I ordered for mobile pick up and received it on stale bread.
