  Unprofessional staff I walked into the store i waited a while standing by the register for pick up orders since I place it on the app and it was showing ready and nobody came forward asking what I needed even though i tried to tell someone by the time i got it the pizza was cold and stale this isn’t the first time i have an issue with this location but since its been a while i decided to give them another shot but only to be disappointed again just avoid the North Brunswick location if you can

  If there was a closer dominos I’d go there. Unfortunately this is 3 minutes from my house. Worst customer service every single time I come in here. Nothing ever changes. I wish they would get new management. At least the food is good.

  During off peak hours, they waited until the last minute before they closed to begin making the pizza. took more than an hour to come. Terrible customer service; hung up on me on the phone:

  Last night I ordered from here and I got a phone call from one of the workers he asked what was my address I told him he said ok n rudely hung up on me. When I called back to see what was wrong with my order he still had the same rude attitude and he proceeded to tell me that he said ok and thank you and then hung up. I told him he did not and then he had the nerve to ask me if we had a problem yes we have a problem your rude and nasty and you have no business answering or dealing with no company phone call he had no phone etiquette when I asked for a manager of course at his convenience he wasn’t available. I called today just to not get the manager again I was told he was going to be there at 3 I called at 5:30pm and still no manager. I can’t stand companies who allows their managers to be mia when things like this go on no one is around to rectify the problem and workers like this guy thinks it’s ok to talk and treat customers any ole kind of way.
