    I had a terrible experience with this Domino’s location tonight. The delivery driver came to my house and never called or texted to let me know he had arrived. Instead, he left my food on the ground outside in freezing weather and drove off. By the time I found it, the food was ice cold and completely unacceptable. I immediately called the store to speak with a manager, but the woman who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional. She said the manager had already left and refused to help me in any way. I even offered to bring the food back myself so it could be remade, and instead of assisting or showing any concern, she hung up on me. I called back several times and no one answered. Between the careless delivery, lack of communication, and rude customer service, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Domino’s. I expect better from a company that claims to value customer service. This situation needs to be addressed immediately.

    Multiple service failures They don’t value their customers, not even their loyal repeat customers. I’ve been a loyal regular at this location for years. I’ve also been a good dominos advocate recommending people to dominos for years as well. It’s really unfortunate that I will no longer be ordering from this location or any other locations under the same owner again in the future. I’ve placed well over 30 orders just at this one location, mostly for carryout, and the one time I placed a delivery order while extremely hungry, it came extremely late (took over an hour and I live 8 minutes away) and was delivered borderline cold. I called the store and politely requested a refund because I paid premium for delivery + tip and ended up with an experience that made me wish I had not ordered at all. They told me I would have to call back after 3pm the following day. I called back the following day and the man who claimed to be the manager on shift gave me a lot of unwarranted attitude. He basically tried to tell me it’s okay that I got cold pizza after an hour wait while I was already extremely hungry (I was literally staring at the tracker every minute for an hour). I emphasized to him that I’m even a multi-year regular and it’s worth it for them to make things right with me through a refund and he really sounded like he couldn’t bother talking to a customer. At some point he sounded annoyed and started to raise his voice with me a bit even though I was still speaking politely. Raising your voice at a customer who’s being civil is pretty crazy. He then told me I would have to call back again after 6pm. Even after a third call, he never ended up offering me a full refund. To the owner: whoever that guy is, he needs to be completely retrained on customer retention. Chances are that his poor attitude towards customers may also be rubbing off on your other employees at that location. Not sure who it was but he had a Persian otherwise maybe Arabic accent.

    The manager was so rude my order was confirmed he’s calling my phone so many times, I don’t understand why. I’m looking at the tracker app the order isn’t even in bake yet and he’s blowing up my phone. I already have unknown callers silenced so I was very confused. Then I call back he gives me attitude, like I’m not an already paying customer. Just disrespectful. Then telling me on MY PHONE that I have to answer him? Are you right in the head? Last time I went to this dominos for pick up the same man (I know it was him) was yelling on the phone at one of his employees. Just a rude person should not be in customer service. I won’t be ordering again from this dominos.

    I ordered Pizza 2 days ago at like 11:50 pm. If they ran out of some toppings, that ok, just do not accept the order. I ordered one 2-toppings pizza and one cheesey bread and they accepted the order and delivered it. One topping from my pizza was completely missing.(Photo attahced), and filling was from my cheesey bread. I raised a complain and they offered me one "free 2-topping pizza". I wasn't happy bcoz they have messed up my both the items. I raised the issue to dominos customer care and one ticket was generated in the store's name from dominos company. Don't know what happend to that ticket, I did not get time to take follow-up. Today I ordered 1 speciallity pizza and one 2-topping pizza. I have not tried the 2-topping pizza but the speciality pizza have some freshly baked crunchy "rat poops" ( you read it right [photo attached]) here and there (I inspected the entire pizza). Looks like someone is taking a revenge because i compalined. Vomited for 10 min, brushed my teeth for another 10 min. Threw the remaining pizza. This is the last time I am wasting my money on these people. Going to raise this issue to dominos for sure lets see what happens!
