  Customer service sucks, employee who was at the speaker and window at 8:40 am March 21,2026 didnt tell me how much it was but charged me right away and she had a nasty attitude.

  This is literally the only review I’ve ever posted. That’s where I’m at. This is without a DOUBT the worst Dunkin I have been to. It’s 2 min from my house so I’ll give you a first hand experience of someone who goes here just about every day for over a year now… I’ll go 20ish times in a month 19 of those times I am getting an incorrect order or missing food. Don’t even bother using the app because they refuse to read what the order is. Also, you need to make the coffee for them or it’s a coin flip. Tell them exactly how much cream, sugar, or sweetener you want so you can get a decent coffee. And before you ask. Yes, they will get it wrong anyway but your chances are better with the spark notes added to it. I don’t even use the drive-through anymore because I frequently have to keep speaking to them about the order and it’s a waste of time when they close the door on you. This is officially a charity case as I now simply give them money regularly to not give me half my order while the rest is wrong. The few cashiers they have are always sweet and kind, regardless of the incorrect orders which I always appreciate. However, whoever makes the food is always rude and they do a poor job 95%. Several occasions, they gave me the wrong order or the wrong food and I would kindly correct them after the hundredth time. How on earth are you going to have an attitude with me because you didn’t read the ticket correctly? In addition to that nonsense, the manager, then justifies why the order is wrong saying that they’re used to making it a certain way. Thank you for the excuse. Now let’s fix that problem because it’s not up to me to fix that problem. I’ll continue to go to this location and happily provide an update in the coming months to see if they improve. I really want them to improve seeing as though they’re so close to me. Good luck! Thank you for being the target of the only review I have ever posted in my life. P.S your phone number is literally wrong. Let’s get that corrected so I can call you about the incorrect order next time. Thank you <3
