  I’ve gotten a Dunkin refresher a few times from this place. There are days where the refresher tastes great. And then there are days where I see random stuff floating on the bottom of my drink or hair in my drink. I’ve called the store to speak to a manager and the employee said the manager isn’t there and she doesn’t know when the manager will be present because “she comes whenever she feels like it.”

  I usually come to this Dunkin’ for decaf drinks due to a caffeine intolerance that can cause heart palpitations and anxiety. Yesterday I ordered a Chocolate Cloud Latte for the first time and clearly told the employee multiple times that I needed decaf. When I got my drink, there was no sticker indicating it was decaf and about an hour later I started feeling sick, lightheaded, shaky, and my heart racing — a clear sign it contained caffeine. It’s important that staff listen carefully when customers request decaf, as this is a serious health concern for some people. This experience was not only frustrating but also made me feel terrible for hours.

  Rudest customer service. I complained about the coffee.They don’t like feedback. I am drinking Dunkin coffee for 10 years. Worst experience ever.

  The best Dunkin around! All the staff care and make the drinks perfectly and to the brim of the cup, my order is always ready when I place it mobile, I go to this Dunkin even if it's farther than the other ones because I know it's worth it :)
