Good experience at this CAVA. The food was fresh and tasty—got the chicken bowl and everything was well-seasoned with generous portions. Staff was friendly and helpful, no attitude even when I was taking my time deciding.
Wasn’t too crowded for a weekend lunch, so the line moved quickly and I got a table right away.
One thing I noticed: ordering in person gave me bigger portions and my order was 100% correct, unlike a couple of online orders I’ve done here that were skimpy or missing items. I’ll just order at the counter from now on.

There was a mixup with my UberEats order so I popped in and Ryan took great care of the situation going above and beyond to make sure I got my order. Amazing team of really helpful people - and obviously food is amazing too!!

I went in last night to get a chicken and rice bowl for my lunch for the next day. The customer service needs a lot of work here. While I was ordering the girl behind the counter seemed annoyed that I even came inside to place an order. When I ordered my bowl just just put rice and chicken and asked what else I wanted. I told her that I would like everything that’s listed for the chicken & rice bowl. She straight up rolled her eyes and huffed because she had to go back and get the ingredient card.
This store was also pretty dirty and the counter was pretty messy and dirty with dried food/sauces. I couldn’t even put my purse on the counter to get my wallet without getting any grease on it or myself.
When I was about to enjoy my lunch this afternoon, I mixed the bowl and right before I was about to take a bite something in the food caught my attention and when I took a closer look it was a huge moth. At least I’m assuming that’s what it is (photos attached). I couldn’t believe it, my lunch was ruined and money straight to the trash. For these meals being kinda pricey, it’s disgusting how they can’t keep a clean kitchen.
I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all.
