  My problem is that this is the third time that I've ordered through the Cava app and this is the third time that I didn't receive my drink. If the app has the option to put digital drive-thru, I'd expect my drink to come with my food and instead of me having to limp out of my car and figure out why my drink wasn't made because I apparently am supposed to make it.

  I’m out not recommended. They never serve a full bowl here always 3/4 and recently only half full. Cava management needs to step in here. At least they removed the rat bait boxes that were surrounding the building, although they may return.

  Last time when I had ordered veggie falafel bowl it was very good. But today when I had ordered 2 veggie falafel bowls with lentils, lentils were raw and half cooked (had tough time to chew it) & gave only 2 falefel. Also, they give dressing only 2 & less quantity. Not coming back, instead I will go to Hummus republic.

  I’ve been to CAVA many times, but this visit really stood out because of the exceptional service from Jesus. He made sure my salad was crafted perfectly, was knowledgeable about all the options, and genuinely made the experience enjoyable. The salad itself was amazing, as always, but it’s rare to come across a team member who elevates the whole visit. You have a wonderful employee in Jesus, and his attention to detail and customer care made a big difference.
