The manager stood off at a distance watching while the line struggled and food was not kept stocked for guests. I ordered the avocado harissa bowl, only to be told they had no rice ready at all—neither brown nor white. Instead of apologizing, the employee serving the food was rude, made faces, and acted as if it were somehow my fault they weren’t prepared. I even offered to take my bowl as is and asked if they could bring the rice when it was ready. That never happened. I ended up eating what was basically just a salad. Between the lack of food availability, poor attitude, and complete absence of management support, this location is a mess. I would never recommend anyone go to this CAVA.

I came home with my order, another free bowl, another order of pita crisps, a free and cookie. This is was much appreciated and we need more Ryan’s in this world. Thank you Ryan and Cava!

The food was fresh and delicious, but what truly made the visit exceptional was the outstanding customer service from Ehilin She was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive, making sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made me feel welcomed. Ehilin is a huge asset to this location, and I will definitely be coming back because of her!
