  Dear Sir and Madam, Buffalo Wild Wings is usually one of our preferred choices when we want to enjoy lunch or dinner as a family. Unfortunately, during our recent visit to your location at 2241 US-1, North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902, our experience was very disappointing due to the attitude and behaviour of some team members. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a hostess named Juliana. We were a group of two adults and two children (ages 7 and 9), and we requested a booth table. She stated that none were available. However, when we proceeded to the seating area, I noticed at least four to five booth tables empty. I asked her why one of those tables could not be offered to us. She looked at me for about a minute and than, in a rude way, pointed to a table and said that we could sit there. Later, we were served by a polite and professional server named Anunt, who did his best to assist us. While three of us were eating and two were still waiting for their food, Juliana passed by our table. We asked her to check on the remaining items in our order, and once again she responded rudely and with a negative attitude. When my wife stood up to speak with the manager, Justin, he appeared uninterested and did not take any action. He was focused on paperwork and watching a game and did not approach our table afterward to ask about the issue or try to resolve the situation. Additionally, we noticed an unpleasant odor coming from the carpeted area, which may indicate that the carpets are in need of a deep cleaning. I am writing to bring this matter to your attention, as the behavior and attitude of certain team members can negatively impact the customer experience and ultimately harm the business. I understand that employees may have difficult days, but in the hospitality industry, professionalism and courtesy are essential. Thank you for your time and attention.   Our server Jharelys was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and caring, and she made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Her attentiveness and kindness really stood out and made the experience even better. I genuinely loved having her as our server and would happily come back because of her. i’m omw 🫶🏼.

  We were seated at a high-top, and all of the bartenders and servers were standing around chatting at the bar. It took several minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us. When we finally placed our order, it came out incorrect. Unfortunately, our server disappeared and we had no way to fix it. We ate what was served and waited to order another round of drinks, but after more than 15 minutes with no server in sight, we went to the bar ourselves. When we asked the bartender for the check, she said she would let our server know—who was now out of the kitchen, sitting around and joking with the other bartenders. At one point, we even watched her hit someone with a menu. She eventually came to our table, at which point we just asked for sauce to help fix the food and a to-go container. After finally receiving the check, it took another 10 minutes to process. And to be clear, it was not busy.

  Jharelys was our server, she took the order at 9.47pm and we received it at our table at 10.43pm. she forgot to bring us water when we asked and didn't come back at all to our table to ask if we need anything else. I had to ask another beer for myself. Very disappointed in service. Manager brought the food himself and I asked why did it take so long and his reply was I don't know. I used to love this place. Going down for sure.
