He touched his phone and brought it to the back for charging (the phone was also on the counter line with the food) and closed the front door with his gloves on, and still tried to make the food with the same gloves. We had to ask him to change them TWICE. Really? This should have been a big red flag, and we should have left. I ordered (or tried) the new item "Cranberry sauce with herb stuffing with turkey." The menu obviously said it comes WITH cheddar cheese, herb stuffing, spinach, onion, and mayo. Why do you still keep asking me what meat I want? What sauce and what vegetable? Is it the customer's job to read the menu for you when I already ordered what's on the menu? I cannot believe they have over a 4-star review when the other branch with 3 stars is always more competent.

When it rang up for $4, I asked the woman twice if that was actually the correct price, and she insisted it was. Only when I asked her to scan it did the real price show—$2. That kind of “mistake” doesn’t feel accidental. If they’re willing to overcharge on a simple bottle of water, I can’t trust anything else here. Would not recommend.
