  I ordered a large, Tavern crust pizza with 3 meats for $11.99 and 12 pc wings. The order was delivered and one of my Ranch sauces that I was charged for was missing, but I didn't want to bother calling about it. So, I go to take a small bite of the pizza and the cheese was a dark orange color, sausage was hard, and the crust was so overcooked that the pizza had no flexibility. I could pick the pizza up and drop it without it bending at all. So, I called this store to ask for another pizza to be delivered. The first time, a man answered and told me I'll need to call the number back and ask for the Manager..... I called back and someone picked the phone up then hung it up. Then, I got a call back from a Pizza Hut callback number and then someone answered the phone who said he was a Manager. I explained to him how overcooked this pizza is and then picked a slice up and dropped it several times and asked if he could hear how hard the pizza is. I then told him I could send him a picture since his tone came off as not believing me. He then told me to send him a picture, I said okay, and before I could get any email address or a instructions for sending a picture, he hung up the phone. I called right back and have now been on hold for over 20 minutes. I also plan to find out who the Owner is or if there is a Regional Manager or a higher up. I know if they treated me like this and not one time did I get loud or aggressive, so I can only imagine how many others have been treated like this. Now, I'll need to dispute the charge when all I wanted was a fresh pizza. I'm wrapping up this review and it is now 19 minutes and 50 seconds they've had me on hold. So, I guess they're waiting for me to hang up. After 21 minutes, they hung up the phone.
