I looked online to see if this was normal and saw a video on tiktok of a worker making a latte and it looked MUCH darker. After taking at most two sips, I went and asked if it was possible to add more pumps of chai and the girl at the register was nice and added more pumps and I even offered to pay for the drinks again. However the lady with red hair who made the drink started accusing me of just trying to get more out of what I paid for. But I wasn’t the drink genuinely tasted like straight milk! I feel like this could’ve been avoided if my drink was made correct the first time. Thanks to the ladies who did help out. Red hair, do better. Will not be returning!!!
