After spending $40 on two pies, the store employee refused to take any accountability for the unacceptable product I received. One of the pies was completely wrong—so poorly made it was almost unrecognizable. I paid $20 for that pie alone, only to receive something that should never have left the kitchen. I called the store to explain the issue and was even asked to send a photo because the employee couldn’t believe a pie could be made incorrectly. After providing the picture, I was told that because I had taken a bite, “it doesn’t matter” and that nothing could be done—completely ignoring the oil spilled all over the box, the missing toppings, and the overall poor quality of the pizza. I took one bite in an attempt to overlook the mess, but the pizza was simply disgusting and absolutely not what I ordered. Delivery was not the issue. The problem was the product itself and the complete lack of responsibility from the staff. I paid $20 for a pie I could not eat, and the dismissive response I received was unacceptable for any customer, let alone a loyal one.
