    If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a very unpleasant experience at this Dunkin’ drive-thru today. The employee taking my order was extremely rude from the start. She kept saying she couldn’t hear me and told me to pull up to the window. When I got there, she already had a drink ready that I never ordered. My friend tried to order a refresher, but she mixed it up with a latte even though that’s not what we asked for. When I received my cold brew, it tasted like almost all milk and barely any coffee. When I mentioned it, she told me she wasn’t going to change it and that I would have to pay for it anyway. Thankfully another employee stepped in and redid our order correctly. However, as we were about to leave, the same employee — who wasn’t even wearing a name tag — told me, “You don’t know how to order and you don’t know how to talk, get lost,” and then slammed the window shut. This was incredibly rude and completely unprofessional. No customer should ever be spoken to this way.

    My snacking bacon is never correct. It’s either cold or burnt! It’s annoying how hard is it to serve bacon correctly?

    Manager is a nasty miserable woman. She always has an attitude. She makes fun of you with her co workers. They think they are in a racing game and their food is half cooked
