  There’s a kiosk available at the front, but for some reason customers are discouraged from using it, which leads to an unnecessarily long line. Additionally, the service—especially when ordering the $6 breakfast meal—was very disappointing. The staff member at the front was noticeably disrespectful. She snapped the receipt off the printer and tossed it toward me without even making eye contact. I understand that mornings can be busy and stressful, but customers are just trying to grab coffee and start their day. No one expects over-the-top friendliness, but the level of negativity and attitude was uncomfortable. It made the overall experience unpleasant

  THE WORST… I understand it’s DD but they have horrible customers service skills. The attitude is atrocious and the older lady beyond disrespectful. Honestly.. I’ve never had someone older than me act like an angry teen. Management needs to get involved because previous reviews have the same complaints. They need to do better… and on top of the it was the nastiest tasting coffee Ive had thus far.

  This place sucks. I have been to this location many times and never had a problem, but I usually go to the one down the street. The Dunkin further South on Tonnelle is closed for renovation right now, and I really regret stopping here instead. There was a rude guy working and I asked his name. His name was Mario. He mask shamed me. The woman at the counter misheard my order and thought I said “Dunkaccino” instead of “Mochaccino.” That is a simple mistake. It happens. I was polite when I said it was supposed to be a Mochaccino. They turned it into a big deal instead of just fixing it. Mario then said “it is because you are wearing that mask. No one can understand what you are saying.” I started to respond and he interrupted me saying “see I cannot understand you” while he was literally walking away from me. I had even left a dollar cash tip before I realized how rude the interaction was. So I ended up paying extra to be insulted.. It's literally flu season. Not everyone can afford to miss a week of work because someone is coughing or sick around them. I am just trying to get my coffee and not get sick. The Tonnelle location has always been kind to me. They are friendly and respectful. I worked in food service and customer service for ten years. I would never insult a customer, especially someone who was being nice. Mario needs to work on his attitude.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff were completely uninterested, unprofessional, and clearly inexperienced. There was no proper customer service, and my order was handled poorly. On top of that, the products were very low quality and tasted bad, as if they were not fresh at all. For a well-known brand, this level of service and product quality is unacceptable. I will not be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.
