This place has gone downhill very rapidly i feel.. the service isn't the same, the female manager is very rude and on multiple occasions has made my simple iced coffee wrong. You open the store at 5am and rather than come in a little early and prep or atleast start the coffee, you make someone wait because coffee isn't made yet at 510am.. then a few times give me the cold brew iced coffee thinking that I dont recognize the difference in taste or forgot the sugars because im very particular about my coffee.. will certainly leave a little earlier and go across town now to the one that has better service, consistency, and a friendlier staff.. bring back the old crew!!

It’s slow, you walk in and have to wait several minutes to get serviced and the product quality decreased.
