My order was handled carelessly, and when I politely asked about a mistake, I was met with attitude instead of assistance. This is completely unacceptable for a customer-facing business. I come to Dunkin’ expecting fast, friendly service—not to feel like I’m inconveniencing the staff by being there. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope management addresses the lack of professionalism immediately.
