  Horrendous service. 15 people behind the counter but it took 5 minutes for someone to come up and help me. Person who took my order couldn't understand a thing. I had to repeat back medium iced coffee with French vanilla five separate times until he finally understood. This is just basic stuff. Definitely will not be stopping here again

  I've been coming here fairly regularly for work and school for the past year. The staff is super friendly, the quality of the food and drinks are great, service speed is good, and the interior is always clean.

  I go everyday for a matcha, I'm always met with uplifting polite service. They always have my order ready to the point where I just say "hello" in the drive through and the team already knows it's me. By far the best Dunkin in NJ.

  This is hands down my favorite Dunkin. The staff takes the effort to get to know me, is quick, courteous, and professional. Never had an issue with my orders or customer service. This is my go to location!!

  I rarely come to this Dunkin ever since I saw the guy who grabbed my food used a napkin but his fingers squashed and touched my food and the donuts are always super dry it’s like recycled. At first I did not even made it as a big deal but that made me less interested in coming to this place. Now, I gave the place a second chance and of course the donuts are dry again (not like the other dunkins I’ve went to on the same area) but, the most disgusting part is the guy who pass me my order have a dirty fingernails and looking at my donuts they’re all squashed from above (you can see it clearly because of the chocolate dip on top). That’s a major food hazard. Hoping they fix this place.
