I see alot of fake reviews for this location. This is one of the top rated stores, I would say. Great customer service and people.

They must've gotten a new location manager in the last year bc I never remember this location being THIS terrible in all aspects. From terrible service, attitude, sandwiches, etc. I got a daily sub and now they no longer allow you to make any changes, not even the sauce. Ok, fine. But you can't even call it a sandwich. There was a single slice of turkey on my half sub. Barely anything on it. Save your money and get a sandwich literally anywhere else.

My experience at this Subway was really bad. The convenience store guy was nice and sweet. I don't understand the woman at the Subway. What is with her attitude? I greeted her and asked how she was, and she told me, "What do you want?" I paid $13 for a veggie delight, and let me be for real. I only got three vegetables, because that's how I like it: lettuce, tomato, and onion. If I'm spending at least $13 for this sandwich, I asked for a little extra lettuce and onions, and she gave me an attitude. Then at the end one of the guys helped her out, and I asked him if he could use the bread knife to cut the sandwich since I'm a vegetarian, and she said, "We don't use a bread knife." Even after all of her rudeness, I smiled and left. Honestly speaking, it doesn't look like she likes to work there, since she gives such bad service to the customers. This was the first time I came to this location; generally I go to the subway near Rutgers. They provided a great service and also have good opening hours. I was in a rush today, before my class, so I tried out this place. I am very disappointed. I recommend everyone go to the Rutgers subway; it's 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes by walk from NJIT. It's worth the extra time!

This particular Subway is the worst.
They hide behind the metal container so you can’t see the little portions of meat they are serving you. All you taste is bread and what little vegetables they THROW on your sandwich. Not to mention the prices keeps going up and the portions gets smaller
