  To begin the service was rushed and he was impolite … Ordered a chili cheese dog and when I bit into it the hot dog was not only burnt but they are not beef hotdogs anymore they definitely switched them now to maybe chicken which is a Big no ! 👎🏻

  I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I placed my order online specifically to avoid waiting, but when I arrived, I was told I couldn’t pick it up at the drive-thru. Instead, I was forced to wait outside in the rain, which is completely unacceptable. There was no clear explanation, no effort to help, and no consideration for the customer experience. This kind of treatment makes customers feel disrespected and undervalued. If online ordering is offered as a convenience, it should actually make the process easier — not worse. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the way customers are treated at this location.
