Order a salad bowl and received only a partial part of my food. The display is disgusting and the quality is trash. Missing the shell, my rice and was given basically a soup bean bowl ! Didn’t even drain the beans ! And it was served COLD. Trust it wasn’t the delivery driver the food was cold as if they were closing and just put what’s left from the walkin fridge. Really disappointed because in person they never do this rushed mess but the service needs retraining

Customer service is trash. It’s either they don’t know how to manage online and in person order or they are just inherently rude to customers. Doesn’t show patience when hearing orders. It’s a nice place but employees with attitude. Best QDOBA I ever had but they need to fix their attitude.

It’s always nice. THE brisket is always cooked perfectly, and the queso and veggies are always fresh and firm!
The need to work on tortilla covering so that the ends aren’t crispy by the time customer receives it.
Friendly staff.
I think they should change the stations before they’re empty so that customers don’t have to wait, but I mean, it wasn’t long. Perhaps 2-3 minutes. Always clean, sometimes noisy during after school hours. All in all, 5 Stars in my heart!

I came in to order a bowl today at around 11:30 am. One of the staff started giving me attitude out of nowhere, while I was just there waiting for my turn. When I asked for more lettuce, she said that she already gave me some. She still added the lettuce but scoffed.
I was so baffled by her rudeness that ordering cheese and sour cream slipped my mind. I asked the cashier if I can have them on the side. The staff member serving me earlier asked displeasingly, why didn't I just order them right away? And the cashier said, I don't know. They were talking smack about me as if I wasn't there.
I've never had to leave a review before until now. The food is good, but they need WAY better staff. This is ridiculous.
