  My son loves Pizza Hut, and since we live downtown, we come here multiple times a week. This is the second time I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Kamal, and both experiences really stood out. The first time, the store was extremely busy with multiple orders coming in all at once, yet Kamal remained calm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Even with the rush, he made sure every customer felt acknowledged and taken care of. What impressed me even more during this visit was that before handing over our order, he personally opened the pizza box to make sure everything was correct and that the pizza was to our liking. That level of attention to detail and pride in customer satisfaction is rare and truly appreciated. It’s clear this wasn’t a one-time experience his professionalism, kindness, and consistency set the tone every time we come in. Exceptional managers make all the difference, and Kamal absolutely deserves recognition for the way he leads and cares for customers.

  Service has gotten a lot better here! My guy Abounab even opened up each box in my order and showed it to me to make sure everything looked good before I left! Surprisingly good Pizza Hut here

  Ananoub had Great customer service and welcomed me in with a smile. The atmosphere is lovely and the food is even better. Definitely recommend this Pizza Hut over a lot of them in the area.

  I’ve been to a lot of Pizza Hut stores and by far that was the best , the pizza was burning hot from the oven , the staff was real polite and nice , the manager “Abanoub” was super helpful , def recommended

  My experiences at the Newark (Downtown) location has/have been absolutely pleasing. I want to thank the entire staff, in addition to giving thanks to Bianca (ALWAYS pleasant and accommodating) for a wonderful service, everyday I come in to pick up my order on my lunch break at work, and it’s always a pleasing encounter with this staff/location. Very welcoming and friendly! The staff respects my request EVERYTIME to “not over cook” my order, and always on my arrival makes sure that I’m satisfied with the condition, temperature and presentation of my order, I wholeheartedly appreciate their every gesture, so that I’m satisfied. I want to personally thank Pizza Hut, Newark NJ for always making my purchase appreciated with a smile. It’s the little things that mean the most to me, and I can truthfully say, witness and testify to ALWAYS getting the best customer service. Thank you, Bianca and staff 💜 you’re appreciated
