  ⸻ ⭐️☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Terrible experience at this location on Friday around 11:37 PM. I ordered four separate meals and clearly asked for them to be bagged separately. What’s the point of asking if it’s just going to be ignored? Everything was stuffed into one bag, making the food crushed, soggy, and unappetizing. No one wants smashed sandwiches and mushy fries. I had to re-bag and sort my own food in my car, which should never happen. There was no ketchup, no napkins, and the nugget sauces were wrong. I asked for honey mustard and was given ranch. Then I was told I only get two “free” sauces and would have to pay extra, even though sauces are supposed to come with nugget meals. There was unnecessary arguing just to get what I ordered and paid for. Customers shouldn’t have to go back and forth with staff over basic things. After being upset and frustrated, who even feels like eating? It completely ruins the experience. I was rushed to move forward while still fixing my order, like I was in the way, even though the mistake wasn’t mine. I felt like I was doing the employee’s job. Management should check the cameras from Friday at 11:37 PM to see exactly what happened. This is unacceptable customer service. Being busy is not an excuse for careless service, missing items, and ignoring clear requests. This location seriously needs improvement. ⸻
