- CICihad ŞimdiApr 5, 20261.0Hello, Today, I would like to file a serious complaint regarding a purchase I made at your McDonald's location. The entire meal I received was cold and lacked freshness. The food appeared as though it had been prepared hours in advance and left sitting. I have dined at many McDonald's locations in the past and have generally received hot and fresh service. However, this experience fell far short of my expectations. This situation is quite disappointing, both from the perspective of customer satisfaction and for the brand itself. I request that this matter be investigated and that I be provided with the necessary feedback.

Get home, call the store and the "manager" when asked his name, asked me what my problem was. I'm calling I.C.E. that's gonna be his problem.
