  I've been meaning to give this place a review. Came to Jersey a few weeks ago for a WHL game and stopped in. The owner Jeff was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. Welcoming, knowledgeable, and let me taste (and take home) a few of the sauces. I had the wings with various sauces. 100/10 Cheese curds were fantastic... And I recommend it with the garlic aoli, and I promise, you won't regret it. Please go and support this restaurant! Highly recommend!

  Let me start by saying that these are well seasoned wings. They taste great with or without sauce. I ordered 70 wings for appetizers for a small gathering. From placing the order and learning about the a sauces to picking up the order, Jeff was an absolute professional. If you are looking for a place to order wings that wings satisfy your palette, then Rocket Fuel Wings is the place for you.

  Jeff made us feel at home! I originally came in from Brooklyn, NY to come visit a friend out in Jersey! My first time here felt like I’ve been here before. Jeff recommended some special sauces to us for the wings and it stands out compared to other places. We allowed us to taste test a hot sauce, which wasn’t just hot, but flavorful as well! He held wonderful conversations with us and was able to relate to us in a lot of ways. His engagement made us want to come back! I’ll be here once again if I find myself around town again. The cook was cool too! Thanks again Jeff 🙌🏾

  Good food here. We got the wings here and the sauces are good. The sauces we got were Garlic Parmesan, Sweet Chili Aioli, and Gochujang, and they were all good. My favorite was the Garlic Parmesan.
