- CAChrissy A3 days ago1.0I ordered had a sandwich and small mac and cheese. It took over 45 minutes to receive the order. They were busy. They had about 20 orders to fill. I do not think it should have take anywhere near 45 minutes especially in a hospital setting. Most employees have a 30 minute break. Luckily I had an hour but between walking to panera, and waiting it was over an hour. I asked for a refund multiple times only for someone to get a manager the second time asked. They kept saying the food is ready; which it was not. I agreed if the foot was ready I would take it. I the had to wait another 5-10 minutes for it to be heated and packed. The employees were nice but very unorganized and had a lack of urgency. There were over 10 guests waiting for over 30 minutes. The food was good but I would definitely think twice before returning. I hope we see improvement soon.
