  This place always disappoints. 8 times out of 10, the food is cold. 8 times out of 10, they've made me wait on the side for part of my order. 8 times out of 10, managers have a bad attitude. One time one of the managers even cursed at me and closed the drive through window on me because she wanted me to move without me checking my order to make sure it was correct before I drove off. And no, I wasnt taking my time, I just needed to make sure my order was right because I've had issues withe them getting my order wrong on previous occasions. I went there not too long ago after not going for a long time because it is the closest to my house, I waited for 25 minutes in the drive through at 3am after coming home from work, with only 1 other customer in line with me. That was a reminder of why I dont go to this McDonald's. I rated ig 1 star because there's no 0 star option.

  I used to think this was one of the better McDonalds. In the last year or so, I have purchased food there twice and almost immediately after eating it I got really bad pains in my stomach and had to be rushed home to use the bathroom. The first time I chalked it up to maybe something random... but the 2nd time I just knew it wasn't me. So I never ordered food from this location again. I didn't run and write a review either. Sorry So today I was doing food deliveries and I went to this location to pick up an order. I walked in and a woman who appeared perhaps to be the manager... she was probably in her early 50s and not that tall.. was screaming and yelling at a man who appeared to be trying to order something and he was just standing and looking at her. I asked what was going on and he said that he came to pick up a delivery order and she asked him to complete the order... and he told her that he was waiting for the order of cookies he was getting and then he will complete it. And she went into a rage. I honestly thought something drastic had happened Then the woman climbed up on one of the counters where they prepare the food , WITH HER SHOES ON and started scrolling through the delivery monitor. I saw the man she was yelling at in the parking lot and he told me that she gave his account bad reviews and he hadn't even done anything wrong other than waiting for an order of cookies. It is so sad that these days people are sooo mean and nasty and miserable that it is an exception when you walk into one of these places and the people are nice to you. I have seen a few nice people in this location. I think sometimes a language barrier causes confusion. But this woman , manager? was speaking LOUD and clear English .. I don't want to go back here

  Service here is horrible, cashier wanted to argue with me once I noticed she added an extra soda to my total, then walked away without refunding me, then it took me 10 min to get my order, don’t bother spending your hard earned money there

  I placed an order through the mcds app at 4:41pm and im still waiting for the order i placed when i ask whats going on with the order at 5:19pm they say oh im sorry the kitchen its backed up but i see people who where first then me getting theirs order i don't understand i will never come again to the McDonald's
