  Went in this location to purchased some chicken nuggets and fries and upon entering I wanted to wash my hands. A lady named Maria or Marie was going to clean the bathroom so I said I need to go in to wash my hands. She said no and entered and closed the door. I waited 5 minutes and she came out and then I was trying to get in and she said no again and slammed the door. I said lady, I am a customer and how are you telling me I can’t enter the bathroom. She didn’t answer. I then went to a manager whom also, said her name was Maria. I told her what happened and she went to the lady and the lady told her she has bleach on the toilet but I said, I simply wanted to wash my hands. The cleaning lady was extremely rude and really seemed to be a bit racist. Every person that works in that location is of Hispanic race. Seems a bit crazy to not have another other race in an entire restaurant. I felt super uncomfortable and will never go to that location again! Also, the food was cold and horrible.

  Went thru the drive thru, ordered, coffee,and oatmeal with fruit. Upon receiving the items I verified with the employee whether the oatmeal and fruit were in the bag, the young man assured me that they were. When I got to my destination, in the bag was pancake syrup with butter, and a knife and fork.

  This place always disappoints. 8 times out of 10, the food is cold. 8 times out of 10, they've made me wait on the side for part of my order. 8 times out of 10, managers have a bad attitude. One time one of the managers even cursed at me and closed the drive through window on me because she wanted me to move without me checking my order to make sure it was correct before I drove off. And no, I wasnt taking my time, I just needed to make sure my order was right because I've had issues withe them getting my order wrong on previous occasions. I went there not too long ago after not going for a long time because it is the closest to my house, I waited for 25 minutes in the drive through at 3am after coming home from work, with only 1 other customer in line with me. That was a reminder of why I dont go to this McDonald's. I rated ig 1 star because there's no 0 star option.
