    Absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order through the McDonald’s app, drove all the way there, and the store was closed. No sign, no warning, nothing. The staff refused to refund me and told me to call customer service. Then customer service insisted the store had to issue the refund. I was bounced back and forth with zero accountability from either side. This is ridiculous—how can a company this big not handle a basic refund for an order I never even received? Total waste of time and money. Fix your system and stop making customers pay for your mistakes.

    This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with McDonald’s. I placed an order on the app, showed up on time, and the store was completely closed. No notice, no update, nothing. Then the real nightmare started — the store refused to refund me and told me to call customer service. Customer service then pushed it back on the store. I was literally trapped in a useless loop while both sides refused to take responsibility. It’s unbelievable that a global company can’t even process a simple refund for food I NEVER received. This level of incompetence and finger-pointing is outrageous. Fix your system, train your staff, and stop treating customers like they’re the problem.

    Got an uber eats order and the happy metal was missing. Ordered the mc chickens without mayo or lettuce and all of the had mayo and lettuce. How hard is to get an order right? This place always miss items or mess the orders.

    There's a lot of kids hanging out I think they should put more tables they have a lot of stools tables are nice when there's elderly people coming in they don't want to sit in stools they're high and they're dangerous

    It's McDonald's . So it's consistent - down to the ice cream machine always "broken" after 7 pm! Orders are usually correct.
