- NWNadene WhittakerMay 17, 20241.0I ordered 2 Cajun fish and biscuits dinners via Uber eats. I was issued a code to give the delivery person upon arrival. The food arrived but it was not what I ordered. In addition, the confirmation code issued to me by Uber eats did not match the one the driver had. I tried to be respectful and not touch someone else’s food so I told the driver to take it back. I didn’t take a picture of the delivery or the receipt. The delivery guy tried to reach out to Uber eats and even called me to say he was returning it to the restaurant. I tried calling the store but the person who answered said I need to call Uber eats. Uber eats was no help because if you don’t have a picture you can’t submit your complaint. These companies and restaurants have their systems set put as if they’re not dealing with people but robots. You can’t get a live person to talk to anymore. Now not everyone is a thief but I’m trying to get my almost $39 back. I’m sitting at work hungry with nothing to eat. Shame on you Kristy Krunchy Chicken and Uber eats your service is the worst.
