I noticed that there's more people complaining about the same issue, the manager needs to be replaced! Next time I go there I will take my grandmothers car, a 1987 Buick that always breaks down, hopefully it breakdowns right on the drive thru so that we need to call the tow truck and it takes a couple hours...
