- NSNick SotoOct 22, 20251.0I’m a manager at another Dunkin and I place a order for my sister once in awhile on the app and the manager there said she won’t make our order because sometimes she gets it for free but I’m using my POINTS !! It ain’t free at all !! I talk to the manager and I’m explaining to her this isn’t free when I’m using my points. And she hung up the phone with me. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Ly i would never tip an establishment. That does not have a working bathroom.
