TWICE I WAS PASSED A HOT COFFEE WHICH THE LID WASN'T ON TIGHT AND COFFEE SPILLED ON ME AND INSIDE OF MY CAR. I COMPLAINED THE SECOND TIME THAT THIS HAPPENED AND EVER SINCE THEN WHEN I COME THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU THEY TAKE THEIR TIME BRINGING ME MY ORDER ESPECIALLY THE FEMALES. THEY INTENTIONALLY WALK AWAY FROM THE WINDOW AND ALL OF THEM STAY CLUSTERED ON THE OTHER SIDE DELAYING GIVING ME MY ORDER. I ORDER THE SAME THING EVERY TIME AND EVERYDAY IT TASTES DIFFERENTLY! THEY ALWAYS HAVE PANHANDLERS STANDING BY THE DRIVE-THRU WINDOW THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNERS OF THE STORE!

- TTTiara TinocoMay 30, 20251.0The employees give me depression. They coffee is wack. Everything is absolutely ridiculous in this establishment. It’s an absolute joke and ridiculous. Last time my father came and they threw the sand which in the bag. My coffee today was absolutely horrible I couldn’t even take a full sip. The girl at the drive thru was careless, she claimed she didn’t hear me say my order and got it wrong. Even after she made the coffee it was still bad. I tried asking her to fix something and it was like she was ignoring me entirely. In the beginning this Dunkin was my preferred but you guys need a whole new set of employees because it’s ridiculous now. I’m going elsewhere with my money.
