I hope they address and fix this issue Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the consistently poor service I have experienced at the Dunkin' location at 266 Park Ave Newark NJ 07107. On multiple occasions, the front doors have been locked for no apparent reason during posted business hours. Furthermore, the staff frequently directs walk-in customers to use the drive-thru lane instead of serving them inside. This is highly inconvenient and does not provide the level of service expected from your establishment. I hope you will look into this matter to ensure that the store remains accessible to all customers and that the staff is following proper operational procedures.
