This is both unprofessional and a clear health code concern. When I walked in, she glanced at me briefly, then went right back to her phone without greeting or offering assistance. After waiting for about a minute, I asked if I could place an order. She looked up, seemed annoyed, and said “yes,” but didn’t get up right away. After a few more minutes, she finally got up and helped me and then went right back to sit on the counter again. When I asked to use the restroom, she said it was “closed,” though there was no sign saying it was for employees only. The overall experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect toward customers. Staff are paid to provide service, not to sit on counters and treat paying customers as if they’re inconveniences or their peasants. This was a disappointing experience and not what I expect from any establishment. I hope management addresses this behavior appropriately.
