  I placed an order through Uber, and it’s marked as delivered, but it never arrived. I called the store, and they kept me on hold, and no one resolved anything—neither Domino’s nor Uber. I’ve been waiting for over two hours. It’s extremely frustrating!!! Such negligence!

  If you want cold pizza order from here ,I work behind Hello Fresh and every time except once the driver got it correct, what's the use of adding notes if drivers are doing what they want????? The one time they did come food was very well prepared every other time it was cold upon arrival I literally spent 15 minutes explaining to Juilani S where I was then she comes to me with an attitude after I asked her "Oh you was at the right place?" Her response was Ieee shhhhh shhhh to shut me up very unacceptable. I could see if it was one time but this is at least 5 time I definitely will not be ordering from here again

  This is crazy, placed an order and waited for 2 hours. Called a 1:30 in and they said it would take 15 minutes, after 45 minutes I called again and they tried to claim that the driver came by but the phone number is wrong Mind you I called 2 times with the same phone number as the order was placed , horrible service.

  ordered a couple pizzas, took multiple hours to arrive, lazy employees refuse to answer the phone or deliver the orders with any amount of care for anyone else’s time. Tracking doesn’t work correctly, thought my order was delivered to wrong address. Someone needs to get it together whether it be the employees of the establishment trying even a little bit to make up for the shortcomings of the app or the multibillion dollar corporation making an app that actually works. Never thought ordering pizza would be this much of a headache and I hope that this review and the phone call that I gave (after waiting for nearly 15 minutes to be connected) can convey half of the headache i’ve had dealing with this establishment. Update: after finally recovering my food the boxes were mangled because the idiot driving the car had no care in the world for the orders everything was mixed up he could barely even figure out what I got compared to the others. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME YOUR ORDER WILL BE LONG AND TRASH AND YOU WILL RECEIVE NO REAL COMPENSATION absolute joke of an establishment.

  Absolutely terrible. It’s a snow storm right now and i wanted to get dominos for my family. they close early but i had called around 4 to see if they were still open, they had told me it was still open until 5 pm and it was only for carry out. i had left the house at around 4:30 and i had walked 15 minutes from my house to go to this dominos location. Mind you it’s a snow storm, but the time i was around the corner, i had called them again to see if they were still open, the person i had spoken to on the phone had told me last minute that they were only taking card since they were closing soon. so by the time i got to the store, they told me that they were closed (even though it was like a few minutes before they closed) and that they couldn’t take my order. i told then i had walked here and if they’re was anything they can do and the cashier smirked and laughed saying “no i’m sorry”. i left the store but yet i still saw customers walking into the store to get their food. this establishment wasted my time. i had to end up walking all the way home. definitely don’t feel comfortable going back to this location.
