The manager made my order incorrectly, and when I politely asked her to fix it, she responded in an extremely rude and unprofessional way. She told me that “next time I order, I shouldn’t be sleeping” and then yelled at me in front of other customers. This behavior was humiliating and completely unacceptable, especially coming from a manager. I am a frequent customer because this location is close to my home, and unfortunately this is not the first time I’ve witnessed this kind of behavior. I often see her being rude not only to customers, but also to her own staff. She always has a bad attitude, seems annoyed just to be there, and sets a terrible example of leadership. Customer service at this location is severely lacking, and management needs serious improvement. No customer deserves to be treated this way.

The workers are all young, idk how they work the machines which should be simple but the macchiato never tastes like a macchiato and it’s not cheap either!!! Today the 6th time it tastes like pure milk and I had it!!! Wasn’t going to leave a review but it’s ridiculous ! Either that or the machine needs maintenance but something has to change!!!
