The employee ignored him and remained professional. Management did nothing and the manager was a female. A female customer spoke out and the man started to get hostile towards her. We left as soon as we had our donuts.

It ain’t free at all !! I talk to the manager and I’m explaining to her this isn’t free when I’m using my points. And she hung up the phone with me. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
