  Be aware of this location that like to rip off and steal from customers. Just went here and they took some of my change. Also this sign looks like it came from a word document. $11 for 1 donut and refresher in NJ is crazy. Also rude staff.

  I never expect much from customer service from Dunkin to begin with so when I say this is the worst I've seen, it's saying something. Nearly the entire staff was very rude and unprovoked. They just have this attitude about them. I understand they get a lot of customers, many of whom may be difficult especially in this location, but watching them talk to every single customer this way was quite something. And this was before they even messed up my order! I was giving a meal to a person in need. They messed up the coffee order and had the nerve to try and blame it on me. If you misheard fine (not sure who would ask for iced coffee when it's freezing outside anyway but I digress), but to refuse to fix it? Is it really that much to ask to pour a cup of regular hot coffee? Even the unhoused fella just said it's fine and not to make a fuss. That's right. A man in need of a meal had far more grace than a worker at this establishment who made the mistake herself. That about sums it up right there. Shocking how some people even get employed these days.

  Bagel twist wasn't fresh(tasted old), cream for the coffee tasted spoiled. Took 10 min for a employee to fix my coffee. Place is small and gets crowded quickly

  Literally the worst dunkin ever!!! I ordered online and when I went to pick up my order they told me that they were out of chipotle sauce so I was like it’s okay so the employee over there tried to give me another type of sauce and this Indian lady that works there in the morning was so freaking rude with it like no we can’t do that and whatever. So she was it’s okay you don’t have to get anything in return even though I PAID!!!!! So I was like no it’s not okay I want my money back and she was like okay let me call the store manager so I was like okay and the store manager was so rude to me and the employee working with them in the morning. So I was like I want to money the paid for for the sauce so he was like okay I will give it to you, HE LITERALLY WENT TO THE TIP BUCKET AND GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!! TALKING ABOUT IM GIVING YOU MONEY FROM MY POCKET LIKE NO YOU ARENT!!!!! And I always go to this dunkin mind you!!! SO FREAKING RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!!?
