    Terrible service. The worker did not seem interested in being there, she was rude, took a long time even though I was the only customer and did not even know how to use subway card.

    Just like many other reviewers have had multiple times where we order based on the open times posted and then they were closed when we arrived. Set order online for 7:55 and online it said closing at 9pm. Got there 8:01 and closed. Was told they have closed at 8 every day for the last 3 years. Why have you not updated your hours online??? Also the door says 9pm (half scratched off to try and make it look like 8). Would not waste your time coming here as the owner clearly doesn’t care and wants to make their employees have to deal with upset customers

    Said in the app that they participated in the latest promotion but cancel when I arrived at the store. Very deceptive.

    Placed an order on the app, order was confirmed. I arrived to pick it up and the employees told me they canceled it. Maybe they didn't feel like working that day?
