- APAbhi PatelJul 19, 20251.0I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Subway location on July 18th around 8 PM. I had placed an order in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, I found out they had canceled my order without informing me—no call, no message, nothing. When I asked the staff about it, their behavior was rude and completely unprofessional. Shockingly, one of the employees threw the change at my face, which was incredibly disrespectful and humiliating. I tried to speak with the manager, expecting a reasonable explanation or at least an apology, but the manager’s attitude was just as careless and dismissive. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. Subway seriously needs to investigate this location and take action. No customer should be treated like this. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this store.
